Then we write down exactly what the first release covers and attach a fixed price to it, with a plan for how the build runs. You decide what happens next with real information in front of you instead of a sales pitch.
There is no obligation to continue. If the work says the project is not worth building, we tell you, and you have found that out for a fixed, predictable cost rather than halfway through a build.
