MVP Development

MVP development for startups and new products

The smallest version of your product worth putting in front of real users, built in weeks, so you learn before you spend big.

◇ Draft copy — final wording to be confirmed
Overview

What this is

An MVP is not a rough draft of the whole idea. It is the one part that tests your riskiest assumption: that people want this, and that they will pay for it. Everything else waits.

We help you decide what that core is and cut everything else, then build it well enough to charge for and learn from. After that we look at the evidence with you and work out what comes next.

Included

What’s included

Scoping the first version

A short engagement to find the assumption worth testing and the smallest build that tests it honestly.

Product and interface design

The core flow designed so a real user can complete it without you standing next to them.

The build

A working product with real sign-ups and real data, plus payments if you need them, built by senior developers in a few short cycles.

Analytics and feedback

The measurement you need to tell whether it is working, set up from day one rather than bolted on later.

A path forward

After launch, an honest read of what the usage shows, and a plan for the next version or a clear case for stopping.

Approach

How we approach it

Understand

We pin down what you actually need to learn and by when. A good MVP has one main question, and we make sure everyone agrees on it before we scope.

Simplify

This is where most of the value is. We cut hard: no admin panel you could run from the database instead, no second feature dressed up as essential. The goal is weeks, not months.

Build

Senior developers build the core flow to a standard you can put in front of paying users. Short cycles mean you can adjust as early feedback arrives.

Improve

Once it is live we help you read the numbers and the user feedback, then decide with you what the next version should be, or whether to stop.

Stack

Tech we use

An honest starting point, not a fixed menu. We pick per project and tell you why.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does an MVP take?
Most are six to ten weeks from the end of scoping to a product real users can sign up for. The range depends on how hard the scope is cut, which is the main thing we push on.
Will we have to throw the code away later?
No. We build on tools that scale and keep the code clean, so a successful MVP becomes the foundation of version two. We just do not build version two features until the MVP has earned them.
We are non-technical founders. Is that a problem?
No. Many of our MVP clients are. We handle the technical decisions and explain them plainly. You bring the knowledge of the market and the customer.
